Collection consists of 1,740 35mm color slides documenting Leslie Sheraton’s trips to California from 1948 to 1973. The trips include destinations of San Francisco, Disneyland, Los Angeles, Swiss Colony, San Juan Capistrano, San Onofre, Universal City, San Diego, Sacramento and Carmel. The shots include significant landmarks, tourist destinations, and motels/hotels. A portion of the San Francisco slides include interior and exteriors of restaurants and nightclubs during the late 1950s to the early 1960s.
