Newscopy: "The twelve students who won the Coro Foundation scholarships for city government study are divided into groups of two and now engaged in scheduled course of study. Two are in the Police Department, two with Public Utilities, two in the Department of Public Works, two in the purchasing department, two in the recreation department and two with the Civil Service Commission. All the students are now on their second department. They rotate about every eight weeks. The next change is set for May 5."
