On back: Attorney General Edmund G. Brown was today the recipient of a Certificate of Cooperation awarded by the International Cooperation Administration for technical assistance given to police administrators and university students of more than a score of European, Mid-East, Asian and Pacific countries. The certificate was presented Attorney General Brown by John D. Holstrom, vice-president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police on behalf of the International Cooperation Administration. Specifically cited for cooperation is the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation of the State Department of Justice, of which Brown is the director. George H. Brereton, assistant deputy director of the Department of Justice, is chief of the bureau. .
