Newscopy: "ANXIOUS MOMENTS ON BOWLING GREEN--While it was only a 'pleasure match' on the Golden Gate Park Bowling Greens yesterday, there still was many an anxious moment when a visiting British team vied against the locals. Here we see a rink gathered around eagerly watching the bowl edge near the jack (that's the white ball). Shown above (left to right) are Bert ('The Baby') Keech, 325 pounds of bowler from Yorkshire; W. N. Cronshaw, Sussex, who appears to be trying to coax the bowl away from the jack; F. W.
