Newscopy: "CHINESE NAVY COMMANDER VISITS CHINA TOWN--Lt. Cmdr. Heng Hsu, of the Chinese Navy (right) and his wife, Amy, are dinner guests of Lt. Cmdr. D. A. Lord and Mrs. Lord at Shanghai Low Club in San Francisco's famed China Town. Cmdr. Hsu, son of a famous Chinese doctor, is en route to Cuba to resume command of a destroyer escort which was given to Chinese Navy by the U.S. The ship's crew is in training at Cuba. Cmdr. Lord is aide to Adm. C.H. Wright.".
