Printed on back: "Pictured is existing Zellerbach Company warehouse on Battery between Jackson & Pacific. The 6-story brick building will be remodeled into a trade center building for commercial and residential furnishings. Facade of the structure, built in 1907, will be sandblasted, and enhanced by ornamental iron gates at the entrance. Trees will be planted along the entire Battery block. Owners are Joseph J. Weiner (Weiner & Gossage Advertising) and Walter Landor (Walter Landor & Associates) industrial designer. Architects for the remodeling project are Lloyd Flood and Bruce Wendell Beebe, A.I.A. Completion is expected in the fall of 1962.".
