Newscopy: "POSSIBLE FRINGE PARKING AREA--Two and a half blocks of space under the Fifth-st ramp of the Bay Bridge might be used to try out a fringe parking-shuttle bus service to relieve parking congestion downtown. Shown is one self-park lot, only partly full. One full block beyond, between Third and Fourth-sts, is used for bus storage and another block between Second and Third-sts is used for a parking lot, also only partly full. The area is close to downtown centers."
