Newscopy: "Upper Market Street residents are up in arms over the loss of a bit of greenery. Plantings of ivy along the wall which divides the two directions of Market Street are being ripped out by Department of Public Works crews. The holes are soon to be filled with concrete, thus removing still another growing thing which relieves the monotony of paving and cement. The plants first were put in when Upper Market Street was improved several years ago.
