Newscopy: "SPECULATION ran rampant among early visitors to Civic Center today as they came face-to-face with a 32-foot welded steel structure installed in the plaza's pool. Sculptor C. B. Johnson is calling it 'Flight to Freedom.' Early risers had no difficulty in determining the freedom of design but they weren't sure what was flying where. The statue salutes the 15th annual Municipal Arts Festival which opens in Civic Center next Thursday. The festival will run through Sunday.".
