Newscopy: "The Park Commission was quick to respond when The News' Mr. Fixit pointed out the hazards to life at scenic Lands End, a favorite with San Francisco decades. Two persons had died there in accidents when Mr. Fixit. (on Nov. 12) took up the cudgels for safety. These Park Commission workmen are putting up signs to warn those who come to see the grand panorama of the Golden Gate from the west."
