Newscopy: "INSUFFICIENT PARKING 'FREEZES' TRAFFIC--Small street frontage is available for each of seventy-five produce concerns in the district. The first hundred trucks in the area absorb limited space and others double and triple park, tying up street cars, to handle produce. As many as 600 trucks in the area have been counted at one time by government farm agencies."
