Newscopy: "BUILDING FERRY FOR RICHMOND SERVICE-The first ferry for the new San Francisco-Point Richmond route is to be launched in a few weeks and will be ready for service in the fall. Three are to be built for the run. They will carry both passengers and automobiles and will make fourteen knots an hour. The Bethlehem Shipbuilding corporation is constructing them at a cost of $2,000,000."
