Newscopy: "At the Bank of California main office today, Robert a. Gilson, a truck driver for the firm of Tay Holbrook, Inc., plumbers and metal supplies at 165 Eighth-st, made the first deposit in the institution's new drive-in teller's window, the first in San Francisco. The teller, standing behind bullet-proof glass, is Wesley P. Johnson. Th deposit is placed on a revolving disk, which carries it into the bank.".
