Newscopy: "The 12-story Flood Building on Market-st was truly a great gray ghost today when its last occupant moved out. Dr. Nicholas Tesauro (above), an eye physician who had his office in the building for the past three years, moved out his medical equipment, hung up a sign saying he was 'Out' for good, put on his hat and went to his new offices. The building is to be taken over by the Government for office space tomorrow."
