All-American pageantry combined with All-American football yesterday thrilled the thousands who thronged Kezar Stadium for the eleventh annual East-West game for the benefit of the Shriners' Hospital for Crippled Children. The East won - score 19 to 3. 4,000 marchers took part in the big Kezar pageant before the game. The procession included soldiers, sailors, and marines, vividly garbed shriners, veterans in uniform, Boy Scouts, and marching units of a dozen fraternal organizations. There were 1,200 musicians, including bands of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps, of the Shriners, Police Department, American Legion and Olympic Club.
