Newscopy: "THIS WILL beat hiding your money under the mattress. A 13-ton door which will safeguard a 'virtually indestructible' vault was moved into place today at main American Trust Co. office Hermann [sic] Safe Co. said doors will be largest in nation controlled by pushbutton. They will guard 'burglar proof, fire-proof, bomb-proof' vault. At touch of button, doors will open, footbridge will lower into vault."
