FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: The thrill of descending one of San Francisco's steep hills on a cable car was one of the experiences enjoyed by visiting European newsmen who were in this city yesterday and Tuesday, beginning a two weeks' tour of the United States aboard American Overseas Airlines Stratocruiser Flagship 'Europe.' Caught by the cameraman as they rode down Powell Street from their headquarters at the Mark Hopkins to the Press Club are, left to right, Rudolf Kuestermeier, editor of Die Welt, large German newspaper; Maximilian Mueller-Jabusch, editor and publisher of Der Abend, principal Berlin evening newspaper; Kurt Linderborg, a top reporter for Uusi Suomi, large Finnish paper; Kurt Ferm, foreign editor of Tidningarnas Telegrambyra, Swedish news agency; and Povl Westphall, (hanging onto side of car), editor of Berlingske Tidende, large Danish newspaper.".
