"Cal Cables ceased operations last night, running all 37 ancient 'dinkies' into the carbarn, when Lloyds of London refused to renew accident insurance which expired at midnight. Dr. John O. Haman, president of the line, expressed hope today that the insurance had been renewed, which would permit resumption of service."
