Newscopy: "Here's one all-to-common reason why Municipal Railway trolley coaches are late. Shortly before noon yesterday this was the scene in front of the State Building on McAllister-st. A truck driver had thoughtlessly double-parked and the trolleys were unable to go around. Soon there were three buses, filled with passengers, stalled and in 15 minutes a fourth bus had been held up, too. Passengers had to get off and walk to their destinations or just sit and fume."
