WEATHER PERMITTING, FARALLONE SUPPLIES COME ASHORE - Once weekly a boat pulls close off shore, weather permitting, and supplies and mail are hoisted ashore for the men and women living on the farallone Islands, that bleak outpost some 30 miles at sea from the Golden Gate.
