Newscopy: "'Products of delinquent parents' is the way teen-agers at the University Mound School summed themselves up in a recent edition of their paper, 'The Bugler,' which they had chosen to devote to a discussion of juvenile delinquency. The girls had hit very close to the truth in their conclusion, according to the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, who are in charge of the school. 'The majority of the parents just aren't concerned,' in the opinion of the mother superior, Mother Mary of St. Stanislaus. 'If the girls had had any supervision at home, they wouldn't be here in the first place. And surprisingly, most of these youngsters can tell you what was wrong at home and why they are here.'".
