Newscopy: "San Francisco's Hebrew Home for the Aged has a new building addition which is providing modern recreational and dining facilities for its infirm residents. The two-story structure has two dining-recreational rooms, which accommodate 60 for dining and up to 200 for recreational activity. Tables in the new rooms were designed so they can be comfortably reached by some of the residents who must use wheelchairs. 'This is not an institution. It is a real home for oldsters who have all of the privileges they would have in their own home, if they were able to care for themselves,' said Harold Dobbs, vice president of the home and a San Francisco supervisor.".
