Folder: S.F. Hospitals-Kaiser Foundation.
On back: "Typical central work corridor in the Kaiser Foundation's new $3,250,000 San Francisco hospital. The central corridor in the 214-bed hospital is but one of three corridors on each bedroom floor and departs from conventional hospital planning by being restricted to patients, physicians, nurses and other hospital personnel. Two additional corridors on the floors take care of visitors and other traffic. The central work corridors contain decentralized nurses' stations, utility stations and all materials and equipment necessary for the most efficient treatment of patients."
