Arrow points to ramp to northbound lower deck of Embarcadero and Main st. offramp, both of which will be closed for about six months soon while the section of the Bay Bridge approach shown in picture is remodeled to prepare for one-way traffic on each deck of the bridge. Police are hopeful they can handle the switch.".
