Newscopy: "By Jack Loughner--The Sutro Library, a 100,000 volume collection of books dating back to the 12th century, may have a home of its own at last. A "guest" of the city since 1923, the library is stacked for the most part on shelves in the basement of the Main Library at Civic Center. Its staff occupies a cramped office on the second floor. All this makes the Sutro librarian, Richard H. Dillon, feel something like a tenement housewife trying to entertain royalty.
