Newscopy: "GOING UP!--Truck 3, the city's newest fire fighting gadget, rears its ladders 85 feet in a minute and 20 seconds in a demonstration at the Civic Center. The truck will be stationed at Post and Polk-sts, in the heart of the downtown apartment district. It has a self-leveling platform to compensate for various street grades. The crew consists of an officer and six men."
