Newscopy: "PEEPHOLE RIFLE TESTED. Police criminologist and ballistics expert Francis X. Latulipe is shown with exhibit presented at peephole murder trial of Elbert Ray Belote yesterday. According to Latulipe, results of test shots fired from 22 caliber death weapon prove that Allen B. Friedman was killed by rifle whose muzzle was inside peephole wicket rather than outside it, as defense contends.
