For 22 years the Police Academy, located at Golden Gate Park on Fulton st. near 36th ave., has been training the department's new men. TYPICAL OF the academy's alumni is Warren McCormack, a rookie assigned to Park station since his 35-man class finished 14 weeks instruction last month.
