TYPICAL OF the academy's alumni is Warren McCormack, a rookie assigned to Park station since his 35-man class finished 14 weeks instruction last month. GRADUATION DAY over, Officer McCormack receives his first assignment--to a patrol car operating out Park Station. Here he checks in after completeing a routine investigation.
