Written on front (full text of document): "San Francisco Emergency Relief Committee, Regional Office no. 5, 579 Moultrie Street, San Francisco, California. M.E. Haynes, Supervisor. Phone: Valencia 9383-Agreement: I, the undersigned, Roy Moughler of 1531 of McKinnon Avenue, San Francisco, California, do hereby state that my wages at the Owen-Illinois Pacific Coast Glass Company, have been reduced approximately $25.00 a month. That, I, at the present time am unable to continue my payments of $10.00 a month on refund of $578.84 to the San Francisco Emergency Relief Committee, for the food relief expended from February 8th 1932 to March 11th 1933. That, I, have discussed the situation with Mrs. Haynes, Court Worker, and feel that if these payments are reduced from &10.00 to $5.00 a month, I may be able to meet them. Mrs. Haynes has made this adjustment to continue until I am again put on a full time basis. I will begin making payments of $2.50 on the 8th and 23rd of each month and to begin the first payment on April 23rd 1934. In consideration of my carrying out the terms of this agreement no further legal action will be taken.-Signature of wife.
