"In San Francisco, even the fog can be exciting. Sometimes it comes tumbling and boiling over the coastal hills in a 1700-foot high bank. Sometimes it thrusts a sinmple tendril down the center of the Bay. Here the fog flirts with the Golden gate Bridge while the city remains bathed in sunlight (upper right). The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge cxan be seen arching to the left of Telegraph Hill in the background.--Caption on verso "
