The San Francisco Police Pipe Band strikes up a stirring Scots march and strides down the parade ground at the Civic Center in a musical tribute to John McLaren, founder of the city's park system. The groups was presented with an award by Assemblyman Charles Meyers. Leader of the kilted band is Patrolman Larry Grey."
