Press release dated on April 29, 1958 on back: "Future neighbor -- This model of the Crown Zellerbach Building, currently under construction in downtown San Francisco, is being displayed in the lobby of Crocker-Anglo National Bank's 1 Sansome Street office, which is across the street from the construction site. The strikingly-designed building is a 20-story tower of blue-green glass set on steel columns which raise it 40 feet above the ground. The building is located on more than an acre -- the entire city block bounded by Market, Sansome, Bush and Battery Streets -- of what will be pebbled walks and artistic landscaping over a two-level, underground garage. Each floor will contain over 15, 000 square feet, with servce facilities for the entire structure located in the solidly-enclosed offset tower at the front. When it is opened in 1959, the Zellerbach building promises to be one of the handomest sights on the city's skyline."
