Donor description: Melvin and Bonnie at Police Academy at City College. Kristina's parents Bonnie and Melvin, after Melvin graduated from the police academy at City College, Bonnie is pregnant with her in this picture. Bonnie was a dispatcher for the SFPD.
First Filipino American captain at City College of San Francisco. Melvin and his colleagues would go back to the Tondo, Philippines and train the police officers there, in order to "give back." The program was called JUMP, but we're not sure what it stood for.
