On verso: "Billings accuses State Senator in dynamite plots of 1913. State Senator Edgar S. Hurley (above), whom Warren K. Billings names as his employer to carry dynamite to Sacramento, California in 1913. Billings made this statement before the Justices of the California Supreme Court at his hearing at Folsom Prison. Senator Hurley is running for re-election and denies he did any bomb planning or had anything to do with bombs or dynamite and claims that he never knew Billings until he figured in the trial. Hurley saisd that he was business agent for the Oakland California, Electrical Union in 1916. All bureaus (list A-B) EX.....8/15/30."
