Newscopy: "Mission-st's traffic jam wasn't helped a bit today when repair crews went to work on pipes running beneath a safety zone at Fourth and Mission-sts. The heavy stream of buses coming down Mission - many of them diverted because of utilities work on Market-st - was constantly being held up, along with other eastbound traffic, as buses ahead stopped to take on or discharge passengers."
