Newscopy: Judge Joseph G. Kennedy, the city's only Negro municipal judge, told Luther Burbank Junior High School students today to prepare themselves for living in a brave new world. "These are exciting and changing times," he said. "You must prepare yourselves with a good education." He was guest speaker at ceremonies in the school auditorium for installation of this semester's student council. Installed as council leaders were Charles Wilson, president; Judee Maldonado and Richard Graalfs, vice presidents, all ninth graders.
