Note: Newscopy: TO FIGHT WATER FRONT FIRES -- This is the great water tower of the fire tug Dennis Sullivan in operation. It is an interesting picture, and the tower itself is a wonderful piece of engineering, but of equal interest is the fact that this picture of the water tower at this angle could be taken at all, and more particularly that it was taken in the midst of a great conflagration.
