The Debbie Dub Collection documents the punk scene in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1977 to 1986. Debbie Dub was a punk activist who organized shows and events. The collection contains show fliers, zines, photos, a press kit for the Dils, lyrics and writings by Flipper's Will Shatter and Debbie Dub, and original layouts for Starting Fires zine. The collection is unprocessed but is available for research by appointment at the San Francisco History Center.

The San Francisco Punk Archive preserves and showcases materials that document the punk music and culture scene in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1977 to the mid-eighties. The archive contains fliers, posters, zines, photographs, and other ephemera that relate to the bands, venues, shows, and events that shaped the underground movement. Some of the bands featured in the archive are Tuxedomoon, the Avengers, the Sleepers, and Frightwig. The archive is constantly expanding through donations. The items displayed here are only a sample of what the San Francisco Punk Archive has to offer. To view the full collection, please contact the San Francisco History Center.

The Penelope Houston / Avengers Collection contains material dating from 1977 to 2021 that documents the Avengers, an American punk rock band that formed in 1977 in San Francisco, California, and Penelope Houston, who led the Avengers and later pursued a solo career. The collection contains show fliers and handbills for the Avengers and other bands, such as X, the Dils, the Mutants, the Screamers, and Crime. It also includes legal papers, videos, zines, original art and mock-ups for fliers and record covers, tickets, set lists, press releases, handwritten notes, lyrics, letters, journal entries, and tour books. The collection is currently unprocessed but available for research at the San Francisco History Center.
