The photographs depict engineers and surveyors in the office and in the field, as well as WPA workers laboring on projects including road building and landscaping. The end of the album consists of photos of Golden Gate Park in 1921. Some photos have names of the people handwritten in pen on the photograph. The majority of the photographs have handwritten descriptions in pencil.
