Newscopy: "FROM MT. DAVIDSON, with Miraloma Park and Youth Guidance Center in the foreground, sparking new Midtown Terrace sweeps up the majestic slopes of Twin Peaks. Within the past five years, the large residential development has become 'a jewel in the heart of the city.' Of the 1000 homes originally planned, 900 have been built. On the drawing board are plans for an elemntary school and the Recreation-Park Department is budgeting $160,000 for playground."
