Juanita is wearing a mantilla to attend Ken's christening. Juanita is godmother to Ken. Family's residence on Carl St demonstrates the upward mobility of established Filipino American families. At the time of this picture, Juanita is a student at Mercy High School and Veronica already graduated from San Francisco State University and started work at Chevron Corporation.
