Newscopy: "CONSECRATION--Catholic mothers and their youngsters knelt yesterday in St. Anne's Church at 14th-av and Judah-st, for the annual blessing of the infants, a feature of the Novena to St. Anne. Children ranging from babes in arms to teen-agers were consecrated to St. Anne, with prayers for her intercession on their behalf. The novena ends Saturday."
