Printed on back: "The final coat of light, green paint is being applied to the 10-story apartment buildings in Stonestown. Each of these four buildings has 90 apartments, while there are 340 apartments in the 10 three-story structures like those at the right. The residential area of Stonestown covers 25 acres, while the business center of the new 'city' will take up 40 acres.".
