Administration of the ORC is carried on in the smaller building. The Reserve Center is shown north of the Golden Gate Bridge approach.".
Printed on back: "Sixth Army's Reserve Center at the Presidio of San Francisco. Large building at the left has been redesignated 'Stilwell Hall' in honor of the late General Joseph B. Stilwell. The building at the right houses the Office of the Senior Instructor for California-Nevada, Colonel Roger Hilsman. These buildings now are housing the headquarters of the 91st Infantry Division and many other re-activated Reserve units. In addition to the excellent training facilities and reading library, there is housed a Reserve Officers' Club, game rooms and other facilities for social activities. Situated on the shore line of San Francisco Bay where nearby are conveniences for fishing, tennis and skeet. The structure appearing overhead is the approach to the Golden Gate Bridge.".
