Newscopy: "The Atomic Energy Commission tells, in its new report, what an atom bomb can do, in terms of damage in zones measured outward from the point directly beneath an air explosion. The point (in the picture it's City Hall) is called 'ground zero.' Circle No. 1 is a half mile; No. 2 a mile; No. 3 a mile and a half, and No. 4 two miles from the City Hall. The accompanying story describes the effects of an explosion within those distances."
