Newscopy: "Waiting to greet each ship as it docks are longshoremen, warehousemen, winch operators - all the men who labor with their hands or with machines to aid in docking, unloading and reloading each vessel. They're assigned to their jobs through the dispatcher's office of the International Longshoremen's & Warehousemen's Union hiring hall. Dispatchers, seen through window, are Albert Bertani and Jimmy Sutter."
