Keller, Reno soldier of the regular army, captured on Corregidor and now a member of the San Francisco Port of Embarkation, helps remove the port's shield from Pier 15 as that installation in(sic) declared surplus to army needs. Assisting are Miss Bonita Pittack and Pfc. Ruth E. Butler, both of whom worked at the pier."".
