Folder: S.F. Businesses-H. S. Crocker Publishing. Newscopy (1946 Apr. 29): "FIRE STRUCK TWICE--After its San Francisco building was wiped out by a half-million-dollar fire, H. S. Crocker Co. built this headquarters at Bush and Sansome-sts in 1886 and forged flourishingly ahead until the 1906 firequake completely destroyed this plant. No fire, but more business than it can handle now causes Crocker to plan new $1,500,000 plant at San Bruno."
