Newscopy: "Well, well, looks like the old Fair on Treasure Island, doesn't it? And that's what it is. The sailors grouped in the court are ready to go somewhere else for duty. It's no military secret, of course, that T. I. is some sort of Navy station these days. The undraped citizens in a huddle on the pedestal are leftovers from the Exposition.".
